Highly-qualified and experienced staff manage and monitor all connections around the clock, so that the Mach6 network operates perfectly at all times. The NOC also manages our redundant fibre-optic connections with the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX).
But the NOC staff are far more than a set of technicians. For every customer, they will ensure any problem, however small, is deal with efficiently and cheerfully.
Assistance The NOC is the first point of contact for certified Mach6 engineers and all customers with a service level agreement (SLA). As well as activating units and supporting live service demonstrations, its main task remains to ensure the highest availability of your ongoing services. As well as constantly measuring relevant variables, the NOC features an extensive system of alerts. This helps keep response and support times short, thus making sure our staff are available just when you need them.
